Changing Patient Information

Patient information can be changed during claim creation, and on the Claim and Account page.

Claim creation and on the Claim page

Click the edit icon next to the patient name.

Click the icon next to the patient's name.

In the Edit patient account window change the patient information and then click Save.

Enter or change the information in the edit patient window.

On the Account page

  1. Click the Account details tab.

  2. Click Edit patient details.

  3. Make the changes and then click Save changes.
